Perfect Supreme Court Nominee

I have a solution to the entire Supreme Court nomination tropical storm (soon to become hurricane).
Nominate the esteemed John Kerry.
Seriously. Republican presidents have such a crummy record nominating true conservatives. The guy flip flops on everything and so chances are good that Kerry will end up being more conservative than anyone would expect.
