Bayern Munich: We may sue Youtube
The German soccer club, Bayern Munich, is threatening to sue Youtube over videos that fans have taken during the Bayern Munich games and then posted on the uber-popular Youtube.
Today the German soccer team Bayern Munich threatened legal action against the site over the use of game footage. What’s interesting here is that Bayern president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is complaining about footage taken by the fans themselves, not professionally created videos.
Maybe George Allen could sue “Macaca, or whatever his name is”.
