Bush Wins Debate
Cliff Kincaid at Accuracy in Media has a roundup of some poll questions USA Today asked registered voters who watched the debate. My interpretation of the data is the same: Bush won the debate.

doug, i think most people agree that Kerry won the debate. he was more calm and collected, more articulate, and better prepared. bush made a lot of good points too, but all i have heard is that Kerry won. i think we should be able to admit that and look for ways to improve for the next debate instead of pretending we won. we cant ignore the facts, something this administration has done a few times.
more importantly, i dont think the debate changed anyone’s mind. iraq is a mess, and everyone agrees with that. but, we were all for it two years ago. best of all, the voters were clearly informed as to the foreign policy platforms for each canidate. winning or losing isnt as important as getting your ideas out. i do think that we are in for a treat this friday.
