Oh sure, I will be endagering the lives of police, military, and rescue workers when they have to come find my body. But hey, I will be 20,000 richer! Yes! I agree doug! If they are already receiving federal financial assistance (food stamps, etc) fine, they should continue to receive assistance, perhaps with an extension...but money just because of their bad luck of living in Katrina's path?
