hearsay exception

take the video with a grain of salt. according to one law professor i talked to, “res gestae” is never the correct answer (at least on his exams).

  2. Well, that professor had better not be training anyone who is going to practice law here in Virginia. Res gestae is always the correct answer in court.

    that’s the thing about professors at my law school. i feel that way about several of them.
