The vice president of Argentina, Julio Cobos, cast the tie-breaking vote early this morning in the Argentine senate when he voted against the controversial farm tax put forward by President Cristina Kirchner.

   Of course it does . . . Cobos (apparently after reading my inspiring comments to the Manhattan Beach post) had a delicious breakfast of huevos rancheros before going to cast his vote. Obvioulsy.
