If there is any good to come out of the kerfuffle over the Harriet Miers nomination it is the incontravertible evidence that Cornerites are, on the whole, a bunch of bloviating conservative cry babies.
Their ring-leader, Kathryn Jean Lopez, has to be one of the most annoying practitioners of partisan hackery on the internet. Earth to K-Lo!! No matter how physically large or verbally pompous you become the world will never revolve around you.

I don’t think I’ve ever really read them until this Miers pick. I keep looking at what is sent me, hoping to find…something….I wonder if they are usually this lame.I’m partial to Michael’s instinct–to wait. To not be wrong first. But we’re in this instant analysis world and we’re giving you what we’ve got. You decide what you want to make of the fact that the White House hasn’t managed to make the case for Miers to much of anyone around here.
