Mike Huckabee talking about spending restraint saying that we should not be spending money “like John Edwards in a beauty shop.”
Not a particularly substantive statement, I suppose, but I think it will probably be the line of the night. Got a long ovation from the audience.
And of course, Mr. Huckabee failed to mention that Congress has been in control of Republicans for the past four years. Heh…
and of course, dan, you failed to mention that it is republicans who have been in control of congress, not congress in control of the republicans. heh…
