		<description>I would have, in the distant past, offered a witty rejoinder commenting on the popularity of hockey (or lack thereof)...  But, I couldn&#039;t agree more with this post.

When you compare the fire hose of redundant news on ESPN, and &lt;em&gt;SportsCenter&lt;/em&gt; in particular, with the plethora of sports out there (see: http://sports.yahoo.com), it is embarrassing.  I know, I know, ESPN covers a lot of this stuff on their web site...but would it be a crime to not convert &lt;em&gt;SportsCenter&lt;/em&gt; into a re-run of &lt;em&gt;Baseball Tonight&lt;/em&gt;?</description>
