Ouch.
Jet Airways, one of the leading Airways in India anoounced to their customers that they have changed. Kingfisher Airlines, on top of it whipped them by saying “We made them change”.

if i were jet airways, i would replace their current billboard with one featuring a crowd of people holding up their hands to show some coins. have a bird flying away with some paper currency in its beak.
if jet airways has any cajones, they will do just this.
