Interesting video.
Keep in mind, the IAFF endorsed Gore and Kerry…so I’m not particularly surprised they made this video.
I think it will depend on the exposure that the mainstream media gives this sentiment among firefighters. My estimation is that the MSM likes Giuliani and probably won’t give much airtime to it…asserting the same things that Giuliani does.
Whether or not it is completely true, or just bad feelings due to some tragic mistakes that weren’t malicious or intentional seems unclear. However, I remember starting to hear about Giuliani before he announced he would run for President and I kept hearing things like “America’s Mayor” and stuff. I could definitely tell you he is popular and people say he showed great leadership, but in all honesty, I have no idea what he did in actual fact. That is where I begin to wonder if what this video says is true, it is simply an urban legend. I guess we’ll see if this hits the mainstream at some point and how it plays out.
