Since he is known best for paying actors to portray homosexual alien klansmen and other assorted sideshows from the quasi-humanoid universe, it should be no surprise that Jerry Springer has been named Ohio’s “Democrat of the Year”.
Ohio Democrats have chosen talk-show host Jerry Springer to be an at-large delegate for the Democratic National Convention in Boston.
“He’s made 50 appearances at Democratic events this year. He’s been an outspoken advocate for the party,” said Dan Trevas, spokesman for the Ohio Democratic Party.
Springer, who was the mayor of Cincinnati before hosting the raunchy “The Jerry Springer Show,” was named Democrat of the Year by the state party last weekend. [source]
It is still unknown whether Michael Jackson will be one of California’s delegates, perhaps chairing the committee on Children’s Rights.
Can you imagine what the convention could look like? Springer gets up and says that he has a suprise for Kerry… “meet your first wife that nobody knows about!” Enter large woman that should be wearing more clothes. Then Springer would bring out some illigit kids and the two wives would have a brawl on center stage. Sounds like a fun convention to me!
